In virtual one-on-one coaching, you receive professional reflection and development support from one of our external coaches. In a protected setting and time-limited one-on-one meetings, your coach is available to discuss your current challenges and development goals. For this purpose, you come together in a virtual meeting (e.g. via MS Teams) and can thus exchange ideas flexibly in terms of location.
The focus is on releasing and using your own resources and expanding your competencies.
